CHRISTMAS MORNING 2011

At Nancy and Paul's House

Now this was the best Christmas ever.
Of course it was Izabella's first Christmas
and we spoiled her.
But I think this was the
first time no one had the flu.

I want you to notice how clean the
living room is in this first picture.
Take notice that there is cream colored carpet on the floor...

Izabella opening her very first Christmas Present...

Daniel had the biggest present of all.
I think he had more fun putting it together.
He also got the job of putting his
daughters new toys together.
Paul was looking at the gift that his Mother and Father in law gave him.  I tell you what my Dad out did himself this year.  He gave everyone 2 stuffed animals and he took the stuffing out of one of them and filled it with one dollar bills.  Poor Paul he just absolutely could not firgure out why someone gave him stuffed animals.  Now the best part of this is when Geraldine figured it out that the butt of one of the stuffed animals had been resewn and she ripped it open and started screaming and money was flying every where.  And then there was Paul still looking very confused, when he did figure it out he sure did hide his stuffed animal really quick.
Great Grandma wanted a key board for Christmas and that is what she got. She started playing with it right away and totally forgot she had other presents to open.
Grandpa made Karl a necktie
out of wood to wear to work.
Karl is so proud of that tie
he actually wore it to work.
As you can see
Nancy wasn't excited at all about her present,
She has been hinting for a whole year
that she wanted a
Vera Bradley Wallet,
but she not only got that but she got a
Coach Purse and Vera Bradley Watch.
My Dad is trying to figure out
what his present is,
and believe it or not he actually told us what he wanted.
He asked for was a zip up sweater.
Hey, he got one but
he is having a very hard time zipping it up,
because it is a women's sweater...
Did you know that
women and men's zippers
zip up differently??
I guess Santa didn't know that either....
Paul and Nancy's dog Coco
resting after playing with her new toy.
I bought her a ball that
talks every time she would move it.
That dog went crazy over it.
She would cry and scream
like she was hurt until you give it to her.
I heard she even took it to bed with her that night.
And I also heard that Paul threw it away the next day.

Geraldine is so fun to watch at
Christmas time she gets so excited over the craziest things.
I do know that if she gets anymore gifts we will have to
send in the fire department to rescue her.

I think that Tiffany and Izabella are under all that wrapping paper.
Yep they are and having the time of their life.
I think that Tiffany was very tired of opening
presents by the time she got done.

I would like you to take notice of the
living room floor now.
What a mess but totally worth it all.

The rocking chair that Izabella is sitting in,
was Nancy and mine from when we were little.
Nancy has had it at her house for many years.
I am guessing that Coco doesn't like the idea
that there is someone sitting in her chair.

Christmas is over the baby fell a sleep.
